Overview
Winbance is a London-based futures prop firm that's been running since 2022 and has a large Spanish-speaking following. It sells two one-step challenges and two instant account types, covering index, energy and metals futures. It suits traders who want a cheap one-step test or a straight-to-funded account and are happy to trade off payout speed against split.
How the evaluation works
Challenge Edge: a 6% target, a 2% daily loss limit, a 4% drawdown that trails at end of day and a 50% consistency rule. At least three trading days, no more than 45.
Challenge Flex: the same 6% target and 4% drawdown, but measured intraday, with no daily loss limit and no consistency rule. Same 3 to 45 day window.
Direct Pass: no evaluation. A 4% end-of-day drawdown (5% on the $10K), a 2% daily loss limit and a 50% consistency rule.
Direct Pass Freedom: no evaluation, no daily loss limit and no consistency rule, with the same end-of-day drawdown. Sizes stop at $50K.
Rules worth knowing
The 45-day window on challenges is in calendar days.
On Edge and Direct Pass, your best winning day can't be more than 50% of the account's drawdown value.
Position size is capped by account, from 1 mini on the $10K instant account to 15 minis on the $150K challenge.
Getting paid
On the challenges you choose your pace: 80% if you take payouts every two weeks, or 60% if you want them weekly. Instant accounts pay 50% on the first reward and 80% from the second, with on-demand requests. Winbance says requests are processed within 48 hours.

What traders say
Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.
Winbance is a small futures prop firm with a London address and a mostly Spanish-speaking customer base, and there isn't much written about it. Its Trustpilot page shows 4.3 from about 340 reviews, though a 2025 review site counted about one in five reviews there as one star. Elsewhere the evidence is thin: one Forex Peace Army complaint thread, three user reviews on Scamadviser averaging 1 out of 5, and passing mentions on Reddit. Prop Firm Match lists it as unlisted with no reviews.
What traders like
Quick payouts for some. A number of reviewers say a payout arrived within a day or two.
Low cost and Direct Pass. Reddit posters and review sites mention the low prices and the option to skip the evaluation with a Direct Pass account.
Responsive support. Several positive reviews praise support for answering quickly.
Common complaints
Withdrawals not paid. The most serious complaints on Trustpilot and Forex Peace Army say payout requests went unanswered for weeks or months, or were denied and the account blocked after passing.
Pressure over reviews. One Trustpilot reviewer says the firm offered to process a withheld payout only after a negative review went up.
Refunds refused. A Spanish-language reviewer says they were charged for accounts they didn't have and then denied a refund.
Support quality and data feed. A Trustpilot reviewer describes machine-translated support replies, unclear rules in the FAQ and an unreliable market data connection.
Recently
July to September 2026: the Trustpilot score edged up from 4.2 in July to 4.3 in September on review sites that track it. The newest low reviews on Trustpilot, as of late July, still centre on unpaid withdrawals and support.
