Overview
Axi Select is the funded trader programme of Axi, a Sydney broker founded in 2007. It works differently from a normal prop firm. There's no challenge to buy. You trade your own live Axi account on MT4 or MT5, and Axi copies eligible trades onto an Allocation Account funded with its own money, sized as a multiple of your equity. It suits traders who already keep money with a broker and are happy to build a record slowly.
How the evaluation works
Progress runs through six stages, and you need a minimum Edge Score (Axi's performance rating), equity, trade count and time in each one.
Seed: $500 equity, up to $5,000 of funding, no profit share. At least 30 days and 20 trades.
Incubation: $1,000 equity, up to $20,000, 40% share. At least 60 days and 40 trades.
Acceleration: $2,000 equity, up to $100,000, 50% share.
Pro and Pro 500: $5,000 and $10,000 equity, up to $200,000 and $500,000, with 60% and 70% shares.
Pro M: $20,000 equity, up to $1,000,000 and an 80% share.
Each stage up to Pro 500 asks for a 7% gain on the Allocation Account. The maximum loss is 10% throughout.
Rules worth knowing
Leverage on the programme is fixed at 1:100.
Only some instruments are copied: all forex and indices, US and UK oil, gold, silver, Bitcoin, Ether, seven big US shares and index futures. Anything else trades on your own money and doesn't count toward progress.
Getting paid
Your share is worked out at month end and paid into your Axi account on the first day of the next month, as long as the Allocation Account is above its starting funding and has no open positions. From there you withdraw through Axi's usual methods.

What traders say
Scores from the sites traders use, and our summary of what they're saying, checked 6 October 2026.
Axi Select has no review page of its own on the big sites. It is a funding program run inside Axi, a regulated broker, so most feedback sits on Axi's broker-wide pages: 4.1 on Trustpilot from about 7,800 reviews, most of them about the broker in general. Program-specific scores are small and split: 4.8 from 91 reviews on TheTrustedProp, and 1 from a single review on Prop Firm Match. Treat the headline Trustpilot number as a score for the broker, not the program.
What traders like
No challenge fee. Reviewers and Reddit posters like that you trade your own deposit on a live account and earn allocated capital, instead of paying for an evaluation.
A regulated broker behind it. Several traders say the Axi name and its licences are why they picked the program over standalone prop firms.
Payouts and withdrawals. Program reviewers on Myfxbook and TheTrustedProp report receiving payouts without trouble, and broker reviews often mention quick deposits and withdrawals.
Execution and spreads. Traders regularly praise clean execution and competitive spreads.
Common complaints
Disputed rule enforcement. A trader on Forex Peace Army says profits were withheld over a scalping rule they believe did not apply to their trading; Axi replied that accounts are reviewed against the program's style rules.
Slow progression. Some reviewers say the stages take patience, with a minimum trading period per stage and no profit share at the first stage.
Confusing setup and support. A few newer users say the link between their regular and Select accounts was unclear, and some describe support chats that ended before their issue was solved.
Regional changes. One reviewer says the program was withdrawn in their region and their account converted to a regular one.
